There are many different official Harbingers around the planet at any given time. One per specific zone. However, they must stay within their zones. They may only stop being the Harbinger of their respected group if they are somehow killed, or if they step down and pass the mantle onto one of their prospects. This happens more often recently than it used to. However, in order to keep track of things, a timeline has been made of the current Harbingers of this zone, and the other existing ones of other zones. This is mostly done for an organizational purpose, but might be helpful to some. There may be one of each Harbinger per location.

Unlike the Harbingers, there is only one Peace, and only one Chaos. More than that would upset the balance of the world. All Harbingers still must report to these two beings.
