APPEARANCE
Kazuki is small, standing at about 4'5". He is very thin and not very well taken care of, at least he wasn't. He is starting to get some meat on his bones, but that's only because he occasionally gets spoiled. His clothes are very generic, he wears a white and black set of almost pajama looking clothes. Every now and then, he might be wear a pair of jeans or a t-shirt. If he's chilly, he gets a grey hoodie. His hair is an extremely dark brown that appears black in all but certain lights. His eyes are a bright green color, though usually they are void of any expression whatsoever, they can sparkle with life every now and then. He has many scars, practically everywhere do his life beforehand.
PERSONALITY
Kazuki is incredibly soft-spoken, well, actually, he's mute, so he can't speak at all, but if he could, he would probably be incredibly soft-spoken. As far as anyone can tell, he is polite and obedient. He will do anything that is asked of him. And that means anything. At all. You want him to go jump off a bridge, he would probably do it. He has been conditioned to do anything that people ask of him, and he is quite used to doing so. As far as personalities go, this kid is fairly bland. He doesn't really have much of a personality at all as of yet, as he always just does what everyone tells him to do with no struggle or complaint.
HISTORY
Kazuki has had one hell of a troubled life, as far as lives go. He has always been in a lab, and he can't really remember anything else. He was being trained and tested on, on a regular basis. He was tortured and abused. He was kept drugged up most of the time, tethered to an examination table for the majority of the beginning of his life. They tested all sorts of drugs on him, most likely some sort of illegal human trials. During his first few years in the trials, when he was about 6 or so, he had his vocal cords removed to eliminate the amount of noise that he made, since he was a weak little thing without much of a pain tolerance.
It was unknown to most of the staff that he was being abused outside of protocol as well, as one of the night guards would take advantage of him on a regular basis, and eventually conditioned him to act like quite a slut whenever anyone even got near him. Because they could not break his behaviors, he was put up for auction and eventually bought by someone who felt quite sorry for him.
As far as human trafficking goes, it's always a rough business. But for Kazuki, his new life was much better than his old one. He was bought as a slave yes, but he was treated like royalty. He got everything he ever asked for, he was fed anything he wanted to eat. He received many fine gifts and toys and clothing. He was always well kept, bathed, and clean. His bed was huge and comfortable, and most of the time he was left on his own. Of course, he did occasionally have to repay his master, but for the most part, his behavioral issues were fixed and he was almost a normal kid. Kazuki was given private tutors to begin his schooling, and he did his best to get good grades, but he was way behind compared to national test scores.
When he was nearly twelve, his master grew terribly ill. When he grew ill, family started springing up all over the place. All of them treated Kazuki like dirt, and eventually tried to kick him out. They drugged him and dropped him off in an alleyway behind a bar. It didn't take long for the boy to also get sick, living off of the street. But it was more than that.
The boy was found in the park, hypothermic and barely alive. They brought him in and ran some tests. He was terrified of the doctors and nurses at first, but they were kind to him for the most part. They made sure that he had warm blankets and a full belly. He didn't understand any of their tests. He barely understood the words "Anemic" and "Immunodeficiency". He didn't understand what any of it meant.
It was in that hospital that he was found by Pestilence. He was swept off to the Academy where he hopes to try and start a new life.
