[break][break] Raindrops trickled and dropped from the leaves of the sugar maple trees. Though beyond a boundary, the calm storm beat heavily on the building. Within it, everything seemed serene, which is what Moxley enjoyed the most. She stirred sugar into the mint tea, counting two spoonfuls. As she looked up towards the center courtyard, she watched the pond ripple with each raindrop, knowing that the fish in there knew not of the events around them. Silly, stupid creatures, but that was how they were engineered, Moxley assumed. Sitting amidst a storm like this gave her some pause, letting her reflect on anything that may have happened earlier. After this, she would let the most random things pollute her mind. [break][break]
This time around, something made her stop. Taking a sip of her tea, she marveled at the flavor. Whoever found this blend for her was someone who knew exactly what they were up to. Would she become the president of the Tea Club? She hoped so; it was something that she worked for. Dedication to the club has always paramount to her social life. Then again, who else could take that position from her--[break][break]
Someone breached her bubble.[break][break]
Calmly, she put down the cup and hummed lowly to herself. “If I was anymore preoccupied, I wouldn’t have noticed anything amiss.”[break][break]
Moxley kept a smile as she turned her head slightly. She presented the opposing seat and the accompanying wares there. She had prepared a cup of tea for anyone that wished to sit and enjoy the storm with her. “Please, by all means, take a seat.” [attr="class","eclair-tagged"] STARTER[newclass=.eclair] width: 400px; padding: 10px; background: #e4e4e4; border: 1px solid #cdcdcd; margin: 0 auto;[/newclass] [newclass=.eclair-wrapper] background: #eeeeee; padding: 25px; border: 1px solid #ccc; [/newclass] [newclass=.eclair-header] padding: 25px 25px 40px 25px; background: url(https://i.postimg.cc/Jh2t0b9V/use-your-illusion.png); background-color: #222; line-height: 22px; text-align: center;[/newclass] [newclass=.eclair-header img] margin-left: 12px; float: right; background: #eeeeee; padding: 5px; height: 75px; width: 75px;[/newclass] [newclass=.eclair-clear] clear: both; [/newclass] [newclass=.eclair-lyrics] color: #ddd; font-family: archivo black, sans-serif; text-transform: uppercase; font-size: 30px; display: block; padding-top: 10px; text-shadow: 1px 1px 0px #242424; text-align: justify; [/newclass] [newclass=.eclair-post] font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; background: #fcfcfc; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; padding: 40px; color: #555; border: 1px solid #ddd; margin-top: -45px; [/newclass] [newclass=.eclair-tagged] background: #222; padding: 15px; margin: -11px; margin-top: 0; [/newclass] [newclass=.eclair-tagged a] color: #aaa; text-transform: uppercase; font-size: 8px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; text-decoration: none; [/newclass]

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death It was raining this day, sending most of the breathing people off in search of shelter. The harbinger of War was one such person, having not really liked getting wet all that much in the first place. This day is was in more casual clothing, a blue sweater that appeared to be a turtleneck of sorts accompanied by a silken coat with patterns of blue on the inside whereas the outside was a paler color that matched his pants. He had been taking a walk during one of his calmer days, enjoying the scenery about him and the smell of the coming rain. However, when it actually did begin to fall his mood quickly turned to one of displeasure at the rain that he had been momentarily stuck in. He'd much rather observe the rain from a dry spot than...well, in it. So he had found his way to the closest building in his proximity, the tea club building. It had it's own little courtyard with a small pond filled with some fish and frogs, something to add to the tranquility of the location he supposed. It had appeared he was not alone as well, for there was a girl, or rather young woman, with green hair sitting there at one of the low tables. Ah, he remembered such low tables back in the Far Eastern countries he frequented, such furnishing could be found in his own home as well to his own comfort. He approached silently, pausing only when his presence was acknowledged. Well, he supposed this would be a rare treat for a student to be in the presence of an actual harbinger, at least in his opinion. His eyes moved to the opposing seat and accompanying wares that were laid out from the young woman, taking a moment before he moved once more to sit. His eyes passed over what all was there before his hands reached out to pick up the cup that had been prepared already. How interesting. He said nothing still as he lifted it up to take a whiff of it, not wanting to really take a sip of anything he might not enjoy before doing so. Though, once he had accepted the scent and taken a sip, he lowered the cup and finally set his eyes on the student before him. "It seems as though you were expecting another visitor with the way this cup was prepared already." He spoke up finally, his voice gentle and soft, but not quite light or deep but somewhere in between. Something one wouldn't really gather from the harbinger of War perhaps. His head turned a little to look out at the inner courtyard of the building, watching the rain begin to grow a bit stronger as the storm that came was, well, coming closer to them. He took a deep breath of the stormy air, closing his eyes as a rumble of thunder announced the storm's arrival. After about a minute he opened his blue eyes and turned his attention back to his current companion once more, hands still holding the cup of tea. "Storms are quite calming, no? I find it quite relaxing to sit and listen to the rain and thunder, breathe in that invigorating air." He spoke up once more, lowering his gaze to take another sip of the tea. "You are not one of mine, whom do you belong to?" [googlefont=Marck Script][googlefont=Della Respira]

[break][break] Moxley studied the man who sat before him, the Harbinger of War. All of the individuals who could have made their presence to her, it was fate that drew them together. An all-important person in their particular realm, Moxley only offered a thin smile while she returned to her cup. When she put it down, she realized that she did want some sugar. Stirring it around, watching the particles dissolve, Moxley prepared to speak. Eyes rose to watch the raindrops for a brief moment. “It’d be rude to occupy the space and not offer a cup to anyone who would come along,” she explained while motioning to the cup. “I don’t think it would reflect on myself or my goal of being the president of the Tea Club.”[break][break]
Her smile widened as she let out a little humor. “Ideally, a student would be seated there. Perhaps an underclassman that studied one of my patterns? They’d ask me for advice and I’d give it to them with the accent of a sage. Though I guess mere imaginations are nothing in comparison to my current reality,” she rambled a small bit in essence of the continual rainfall around them. Moxley was perfectly dry, but she offered Kassian a towel. “Mr. Kassian, I wouldn’t want you to catch the sniffles.”[break][break]
“And also,” she paused, biting on the words that she was about to say. She heard tales of his temper. Nevertheless, it wasn’t the feeling of worry that brought on her briefest moment of apprehension. No, it was the withdrawal of childish giggles at his question. “Moxley Grimhildr does not belong to any person but Death is my patron if you’re so interested. Can’t you tell by my essence? I believe little birds fall when I approach them.”[break][break]
Another jest, followed by another sip. The powerful taste of sweetness tickled her tongue. “Don’t you think a little rude to ask such an invasive question without any preparation?” Moxley teased.[break][break]

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death The harbinger of War listened to her speak in a calm manner, merely remaining where he was as he sipped his tea. He gave a small nod in acknowledgement to her words, only pausing to narrow his eyes in quite a warning manner as he heard his name being spoken as such. His eyes hardened a little as they were trained on her, the cup of tea he had being set down on the table. He had accepted the towel to help dry himself off nonetheless, but he allowed her to finish speaking as he sat there in silence with his hardened gaze still very much trained on the young woman. With the towel, he used it to dry his hair a bit, careful in doing so due to the fact he did not want his hair in a complete mess. He did have standards of appearance after all. Once she finished talking, as well as providing him with her name and her patron, he lowered the towel from his head and set it down beside him. "Miss...Grimhildr, correct? I am sure you are a rather capable and lovely student here, even more in this club of yours as president." He spoke out in a calm manner, his voice still soft and gentle yet this time held and underlying tone of...danger almost. "Do take in mind of your place and mine. You should not address me nor the other harbingers you come across by their first names, if any of their names at all. We are not familiar with one another nor are we intimate either, so there is no reason for such a bright, young woman to be using my name in such a way. For until you graduate from this school...you are still nothing in the eyes of harbingers in terms of equality. You still have potential, yes, but you are not one of us nor, again I must say, close to us. You are merely a disposable pawn for a greater purpose at this point of your life still." He paused, lifting his cup of tea to take a sip like he didn't just give the girl a scolding. After a few moments he lowered his cup once more, his eyes having been following it, and lifted his gaze to look at the Death student once more. He tilted his head to the side slightly and gave a very slight smile, something that seemed a bit unnerving from his calm demeanor that was hiding something very opposite to the calmness. "Rude as my question may have seemed... I am a curious creature, so for that you would have to forgive my intrusion of such a question into knowing who you were." He spoke on, his tone dropping that dangerous warning but still that of being watchful for what she could say next. "Tell me, if I may so intrude with this question, do you frequent this building all by your lonesome to drink some tea?" [googlefont=Marck Script][googlefont=Della Respira]

[break][break] Moxley kept silent for a moment to reflect on the verbal lashing that she received. The nature of it garnered a gentle, yet mocking giggle out of her. Her yellow eyes trained on one of the maple trees in the distance, where a leaf was forced away from its place because of the rain. She was out of tea, she realized, and poured herself a cup. She did it without breaking gaze with what interested her at the moment. Though sight and thought are wholly different things. To some extent, Kassian was correct. It was akin to if she called a Japanese individual by their given name than their surname. It was understandable for the recipient to be taken back and even offended by the gesture but there was one thing that Moxley lived for. [break][break]
It was herself. [break][break]
“How coarse of you to refer to anyone as nothing,” she began, “though you are correct. We are not intimate in any capacity, aside from your seniority or your supposed superiority. To call someone nothing or disposable? It may be the nature of it but it would derive the same kind of offense.” [break][break]
She shifted her weight, relaxing on the back of her legs, rather than sitting as prim and proper as she did earlier. Moxley’s smile froze to its default state. With bemusing essence, she allowed the coldness of her personality to seep out a tad. “So in that case, I shall refer to you as Mr. Something from now on,” she stated. [break][break]
“Shall I demonstrate?” [break][break]
Moxley cleared her throat for no reason but the dramatic sound. “Mr. Something,” she started, “I come to the most peaceful building there is with the most beautiful atmosphere to drink my lovely tea, yes. It’s not intruding at all, no. Do you always step into the rain to threaten others?” [break][break]
Tucking a hand underneath her chin, she got a tad closer. “Or am I just so joyfully special?” [break][break]

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death Kassian narrowed his eyes as he listened to her speak, now definitely holding himself back from attacking a student. "You will address me as War and nothing else." He spoke out in a low voice, remaining where he was as she had leaned closer. Oh, if he wouldn't be punished for punishing this student... "I was not threatening you as well, merely giving you a verbal scolding and reprimanding you for such inappropriate addressing of a harbinger. Not to mention reminding you of your standing here at this moment." He spoke up after a few moments, letting his gaze grow cold as he kept his eyes trained on the student before him. "Do be careful the next time you speak. You will not be let off for speaking in such a disrespectful manner the next time." He added, lifting his cup of tea to take a sip from it as he did not let his eyes leave the young woman before him. His temper was already growing unstable as he sat there, but he was trying his best to let it get the better of him at the moment. He was just uncertain if he would even be willing to let his temper explode or not. [googlefont=Marck Script][googlefont=Della Respira]
