Grand-niece - [Open until application is accepted. In holding currently - Chaos alignment.]
Viktor has twin nephews and a niece from his younger sister, now aged at 56 years due to being human, and he currently has some grand-nephews and grand-nieces. Their grandmother married a successful businessman in Russia, his nephews and niece growing up in a rather nice and wealthy environment. One of his nephews became a Russian politician and married an older politician's daughter, soon having three children with her. (Full-Russian children for the first nephew)
His second nephew joined the Russian mob that his step-grandfather was a part of, rising in the ranks until he was in charge of his own little group. He had married a woman who had caught his fancy and had a daughter with her only for her to die in an accident, soon marrying the nanny that had been hired to help take care of his daughter and had two more children with her. (Full-Russian children for the second nephew)
His niece had gone to study abroad in a different country, soon falling in love with a man during her time there. She decided to immigrate to the country she had met the man she had fallen in love with, soon becoming a citizen of that country and marrying the man. She had two children of her own, making them half-Russian.
If you want to base the grand-nephew/niece on appearance, their uncle has dark brunette hair with yellow eyes for reference or something. Their parents also did not attend the academy; their grand-uncle (Viktor) is the only one to have ever attended. There should at least be one Chaos alignment and one Peace alignment for the two to attend the school. They can either be siblings or cousins, for now I will only accept two and they can either be both male or male and female or whatever. They won't really know much about their grand-uncle but they have been told some stories about him - just not about him being a Harbinger or anything related to that.
