Love is blindness I don't wanna see
The nurse had been busy as usual, taking care of the students that had been sent to him and sending them on their way whether it be back to class or to rest in their dorms for the remainder of the day. He was sitting behind his desk finishing up some paperwork when a knock to his open door alerted him of someone else. He raised a hand to beckon whomever was there to enter, still looking down as he finished with what he was doing before he placed the paperwork away. He then looked up and rose from his chair, offering the student there a comforting smile as he gestured for them to take a seat on one of the required cots in his office.
"Now, what can I do for you today, Mister Regan?" He spoke up, walking over to the third year as he pulled his rolling stool over to the cot. He sat down on it once he had pulled it a foot away from the cot, clasping his hands together for the time being. He had his instruments to take the student's temperature as well as blood pressure nearby, ready to use once he would begin the basic check-up on the third year. Once he had gotten a response, the nurse nodded and rolled himself over to his instruments and grabbed the stethoscope and place that around his neck before he grabbed the electronic thermometer which had disposable casing that covered the metal part of it. Honestly, he had a bit more extra tools than regular school nurses would normally have, but considering where he was and how often he was visited...he felt it necessary to have a little extra if that meant he could better take care of the students under his care.
"Hold this under your tongue while I take your temperature." He instructed, holding up the electronic thermometer as he detached the wand part from the actual measuring device, the only thing connected them being a coiled cord. He would then place the plastic-covered bit of the wand under the student's tongue for about a minute as it gauged his temperature before he pulled it out and rolled over to the trashcan, pressing the button at the top of the wand to shoot the plastic bit into the trash before he attached it back to the main device once more.
After that was done he rolled over to his desk and grabbed a sticky note and pen, jotting down his temperature before he rolled back over to him with both items. "Alright, can you tell me how you were feeling up to the point of needing to come see me?"

Why had Lucas decided to visit the nurse today? All he had was a headache and a bit of nausea. For anyone else such minor symptoms would mean almost nothing and they would probably just ignore it unless it get worse. After all with just two symptoms like that it could just mean the person was just a bit dehydrated. For Lucas, however, such simple symptoms couldn't just be written off and things could turn out really badly if he did have some kind of infection. A cold could quickly turn into something that required a hospital visit if it was ignored and Lucas was definitely not planning on missing school for weeks because he decided not to visit the nurse. As the nurse beckoned him to come in Lucas scanned the room for the cleanest looking cot before making his way over to it and taking a seat
"Morning Mr. Angelis. I'm really just coming in to get a small check up since I have a bit of a headache and feeling a little nauseous. Sorry to take up your time with such minor symptoms but I figured it would be better to be safe than sorry. I don't want to to end up in the hospital again because of what should be a small cold after all"
Lucas' voice traveled through the scarf currently wrapped around his mouth and nose surprisingly clearly making it obvious he had gotten used to talking with it covering his mouth. The scarf was white as snow with the eye symbol on his forehead being sewn into it in a repeated pattern spanning the entirety of the fabric's length. Excluding the scarf the only other part of Lucas' outfit that wasn't a part of the school uniform were the bandages wrapped around what would've been the exposed parts of his right hand. His hand wasn't injured but he didn't like the looks he got from people when they got sight of the scar tissue hidden underneath. As he saw William grabbing the thermometer Lucas pulled his scarf down exposing the lower portion of his face and while he was smiling he had a look of discomfort in his eyes. He knew he was going to have his temperature checked but exposing his mouth and nose in a room where the school's sick students would've also been put him on edge. He was sure Mr. Angelis kept his office clean but there was still that nervous feeling spreading throughout his body. He had to resist the urge to chemical purge the room though in the back of his mind his subconscious was rapidly trying to think of where he could find the nearest set of disinfecting supplies.
Regardless Lucas still obedient opened his mouth to have his temperature checked but once that task was complete he quickly pulled his scarf back up covering his mouth and nose once again. Before looking back to Mr. Angelis to hear his question and trying to recall when he had started feeling sick.
"Well I was feeling fine until I think second period. Then I started feeling a bit nauseous but it wasn't too bad so I just ignored it for a bit to see if it would just go away. Then a little while after that the nausea got a bit worse and I started to get a headache as well. Since then it pretty much stayed the same and I waited until I had some free time before coming to your office.

Love is blindness I don't wanna see
William nodded his head in acknowledgement to the student's words when he informed him about when he started feeling nauseous. He offered the boy a smile before he rolled away towards where he normally kept his rolling stool and stood up, moving to go towards a locked cabinet. However, he moved to the right of that where a water cooler was, grabbing a cup out of the dispenser and filled it with some water. He then walked back towards the student and handed the cup of water to him and opened a drawer in his desk, pulling out a small sleeve of saltine crackers before he returned to the boy and handed those over as well.
"You needn't worry about anything while you're in here. I make sure everything is sanitary and clean at all times. I suppose it also helps when you know a thing or two about illnesses." He told him, gesturing for him to make himself comfortable. "Sip the water slowly and nibble on some of those crackers. Hopefully those will help ease the nausea you've got. I also want you to take your time and just rest for the time being. I'll make sure the curtain is pulled closed mostly." He informed the third year, offering him another kind smile once more.
"I'll be close by if you feel worse, okay? For now all I can do is allow you to rest and try to fight that nausea. If things grow a little worse then we will go from there. Though, like you said, better safe than sorry; and I am glad you came to me as well." He added as he pulled the curtain, which was attached to some rolling mechanism to the ceiling, around the bed to be more closed. He then walked over to his desk and sat down once more to do some more paperwork, the curtain open enough for him to check on the third year from where he was at.
