I will walk through the fog as I welcome death Kassian was not really having it with people this day, his temper was just too...short. He couldn't handle being around people without getting irritated for...whatever they did. It didn't really matter what they did exactly but anything they did just irked him so easily. And so he sought solace in one of the places where not many people would be gathering in at this hour. Perhaps pouring himself into a book or two could help soothe his temper before he lashed out at someone. He barely waited for the librarian to give him access to the restricted section of the library before he paced the aisles of bookshelves there. He wasn't really looking for anything in particular, just something he could potentially use to distract his mind. He ended up pulling out two books and took a seat at a table that was located in that section, placing them down on the surface with a heavy sigh. One of a history of the harbingers and another was just...something on the mounts he wasn't exactly sure nor was he really paying attention. He ran a hand through his hair in more of a frustrated manner as he closed his eyes for about a minute. No, no he had to try and see if this could help him calm down. It was just one of those days for him, and he had gained more control over his temper but even now he still had issues controlling it from time to time. The War harbinger opened his eyes after taking a few, slow breaths and slid the historical book towards himself. He opened the cover and flipped a few pages before propping his elbow onto the table and resting his head in his hand. His fingers drummed against the top of his head as his eyes scanned the words on the page, but he just couldn't focus on that. It was interesting, he had to give the book that but he couldn't seem to just take in the information at the moment. A small groan of frustration slipped past his lips as he curled his fingers around a few locks of his hair, tugging slightly as he closed his eyes once more. He opened his eyes once more and leaned back in the chair he was currently seated in, a scowl crossing his features as he glared at the open book before him. How..mocking of it. Holding information that he couldn't take in. He wanted to burn it or tear it up. He really, really wanted to do that. Yet he knew just how much trouble he could land himself in if that happened. A small growl, again of frustration, escaped him before his eyes moved over to someone he hadn't even noticed standing nearby. Just how long were they standing there? "What?" The question came out more snappy than he had intended, but oh well. Wait...this person looked familiar... "Oh, it's you." He frowned as his scowl remained across his face, his eyes trained on the other harbinger. He could only imagine judgmental thoughts from the harbinger but that could have been false information as well. He opened his mouth to say something but shut it after a moment, unsure of what to say. No, he hadn't really interacted much with the other harbingers due to his own...issues, but...no. He had no idea what to do now, how awkward. Yet did he feel awkward? No, he still felt rather irritable. Feeling awkward probably would have been better for his mood today, but unfortunately he couldn't even fix that problem in the slightest at the moment. [attr="class","enchanted"]
Famine often found himself in the library, especially lately. Most people thought famine meant a hunger for food, but in his case, as of late, it was a hunger for knowledge. He remained in the library most days, coming and going from the restricted areas as he pleased, learning anything and everything he could within the time that he had each day before he had to go and scout for more potential replacements. Not that he really wanted to retire anytime soon, but he knew that the world would eventually need to come to an end, and he would need his own little army of hungry little beasts to do it.
So this day, just like every other day, Famine found himself in the library, combing through the shelves of almost infinite knowledge. Some of the books in the restricted area were quite old and genuine. He had taught himself to read most of the languages that he found, and ones that he did not know, he found himself working on translations, trying to make his own sort of Rosetta stone.
He hadn't even particularly noticed the other harbinger come in and sit down. Instead, he stood from his own spot and went to the shelves, his thin and fragile looking fingers gently caressing the spines of each and every title he passed. At least until he heard someone snap. Was that at him? He turned his head a bit towards the other harbinger, blinking in a bit of confusion. "Well hello." He mentioned softly. His voice was just as gentle as anyone would think that it would be. After his greeting, he returned to his search, looking at a small slip of paper in his hand and then back to the books. "336... 337...33.... 9?" He shook his head. Had the library misplaced it? Or...?
His attention returned to the other harbinger, his coppery golden eyes looking at the table. "Pardon me, you wouldn't happen to have 338 would you? I believe it is a book on the mounts." Such cherished creatures the mounts. And he often did what he could to help protect and care for them. In this case, he was trying to look up and see whether or not their specific diets would allow for treats, and if it did, what exactly could he get away with feeding them?

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death He watched as the other turned away to continue looking at books, merely blinking a few times at the question that was directed towards him. "What? Book on..." He trailed off as he looked down at the books before him. Ah, so he did have it. He reached a hand towards it and tapped the cover, his eyes returning to the other harbinger. "Right here." He spoke, an irritated expression still written across his face. "Just what do you want... You know what, never mind. Redundant question." He spoke up, shaking his head as he withdrew his had with a scoff. No, his mood was still rather sour and he wasn't sure if it could be easily altered. He turned his eyes back to the opened book before him, glaring daggers at it. Right, he couldn't focus. Perhaps coming to the library really was a waste of time and a failed effort to soothe his temper this day. He attempted to read the book once more, flipping a few more pages before a growl escaped him and he promptly snapped it shut. No, it wasn't going to help him. Oh, how he wanted to throw this book...despite the consequences he wanted to throw it... His eyes closed as he took in a deep breath, held it for a few seconds, and slowly exhaled. No, no he needed to control himself. Despite how hard it felt to him at the moment he couldn't lash out, couldn't blackout in a fit of rage. It just...felt so much harder to control himself these days, and he had no idea why. Why was it getting so much harder for him to stay in control? After a few minutes he slowly opened his eyes and leaned back in the chair he was sitting in, frowning in, of course, irritation. He hated this, so much. After about a moment or so he turned his attention over to the other being, having heard something but not quite catching entirely of what he had said. "Come again?" He was thankful to have the book handed over to him, and he sat at a nearby table, not wanting to be in the other's space if it was not welcomed, and from the irritation that was clearly on his face, it wouldn't have been. So he took his book and began to comb through it, page by page, looking for what it was that he was trying to find out.
A few grumbles and growls would come periodically from the other male that sat nearby and he did his best to ignore it. He jumped ever so slightly at the sudden slamming of a book cover. Now that wasn't very nice or respectful. "Perhaps lighter material?" Maybe something a little more on the fiction side of things. Maybe something enjoyable and less, textbook-y.

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death Kassiann frowned and lifted his head as he looked up at the other as he spoke. Lighter material? Was he...was he trying to mock him or something? "Excuse me? Lighter material? Who do you think I am?" He snapped, standing up as he placed his hands on the table. Oh no, he wasn't going to have someone belittle him. Even if the other harbinger wasn't intending for that to happen his mood was portraying it to him. He scoffed and shook his head, moving away from the table he had been at to where Famine was seated. "Do you think I'm some idiotic person who needs lighter material?" He growled out, the words of anger just spewing out with no filter. He couldn't help it, he couldn't control himself all that much. Granted, he could keep himself from getting violent at the moment but everything else...he wasn't sure he could entirely control himself all that well. He supposed it really was just a bad day for him. One where everything for him was just...irrational. [googlefont=Marck Script][googlefont=Della Respira]

It was really a completely uncalled for action, the other being getting so irrationally upset about something so small and pointless. But perhaps that was the intention. Perhaps just letting off steam, at least towards him and not towards any random student that might come by, was the entire intention of the act itself.
"If I were to say yes..." Of course he knew the type of reaction such a simple statement might elicit, especially coming from War itself. He was completely prepared, internally bracing himself for anything that might happen. His face held a small bit of a smug look, something more to purposely irritate the other harbinger.

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death His eyes narrowed almost dangerously at his words and that smug look on his face. His hand curled into a fist to the point where his knuckles turned white, a soft growl emitting from the back of his throat. Oh, he wanted to go didn't he. Kassian reached his other hand out and grabbed Famine by the front of his shirt, pulling him out of the chair he sat in, not really caring if he hit the table along the way, and brought him close to his face. "You better wipe that smug look off your stupid face." He spoke in a low tone, making eye contact with him as he kept his hand that was curled into a tight fist right by his side. He still had to control himself, and it was a good thing that he didn't just ultimately lash out with violence already. He backed up a little before he dragged Famine over to some shelves that were, thankfully, pressed against the wall. There he shoved the other male into them, pulling him back briefly before he did it once more. Of course books tumbled onto the floor from both impacts, not that he cared at the moment anyway. He raised a fist, poised to strike him with it, but he froze just as he was about to swing it and just growled. His hand shook a little, no doubt obviously doing his best to hold himself back from just going all out on the man. Who knew if he'd blackout the moment he started getting violent, even he didn't know. He didn't even know if it would even be safe for anyone in the library if he blacked out. Would there be a bloody mess just waiting for him if he did? After a few minutes he slammed his fist against the bookshelf by Famine's head, knocking a book or two off in the process. He said nothing, absolutely nothing as he just stood there glaring at the other harbinger. His hands did shake, not that he would even notice all that much, from his efforts of holding himself back. It was an improvement from his previous behaviors, but one he still needed to learn to control better. [googlefont=Marck Script][googlefont=Della Respira]

[attr="class","arscroll"]He had been expecting a violent outcome. He had expected to get hit or worse. It was not shock when he was pulled up and out of his seat and laid into the nearest bookshelf. His golden eyes traveled to the books that his the floor, and it was done again, making more of them tumble down on either side of him. "Well, he's not going to be happy about that..." Of course it wasn't like he cared if he left much of a mess for the violent librarian to clean up. Maybe it was better that way. It gave him something to do that wouldn't result in the death of a small animal. Of course his gaze was brought back up to the current War as his fist landed dangerously close to his head, but Famine didn't even blink. He could handle this, and much of anything else. He had learned how to. He had to.
His eyes stared right into that of the other male, just wondering what would happen next, or if he even had the ability to release his stresses without leaving a mess in his wake. But that seemed quite unlikely. Of course he didn't have enough time to really find out, as his mortal enemy drew closer to investigate the ruckus that had been caused.
The white haired male approached with the most hatred and contempt on his face that any one person probably could have had. "Can you maybe not fuck your boyfriend in my library you piece of shit?" Well, he had expected something vile, but not quite that.

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death When Famine did not seem to react to what he did, Kassian grew all the more frustrated. Why wasn't he even flinching from nearly being hit in the head? Why was he so calm?! However, he faltered slightly when their eyes met, a troubled look crossing his own as he was, indeed, unsure suddenly of this man's intentions. Though his attention was quickly captured by a voice speaking behind him, his bubbling rage quickly surfacing once more at his comment. He released Famine and whirled on to the lighter male, stepping towards him with an enraged look on his face. "Say that again?" He growled out, reaching his hands out to grab the front of the man's shirt and yanking him towards himself to get face to face. "I am no one's...got it?" He spoke in a low tone, tightening his grip on the librarian's shirt. He honestly had no care how much taller either one was at the moment, but he was just...just so irritated still! How dare they both just...just be themselves and annoy him! A growl escaped him and, with most of his might, he turned and moved to slam the librarian onto the table closest to them. By this point Famine was completely out of his mind as his attention and rage was set onto the other, picking him up a little only to slam him against the table once more. He may or may not have heard the table crack a bit under the cruel impact to it, but he didn't care at that moment. He, however, did not like how this one seemed prone to retaliate. Now, it did annoy him that Famine did nothing, but this also annoyed him as well. He had no doubt that the table would, probably, eventually break from under the strain of the both of them fighting atop it, but that wasn't exactly at the forefront of his mind either. He grabbed a book that was on the table, the one on mounts that Famine had been wanting to read, and proceeded to use it as a bludgeoning tool against the librarian's head. Once...twice...maybe four times. He lost count to be honest. After he seemed to have lost interest in the book he tossed it and just...continued exchanging blows or whatever with the man beneath him a bit. At some point he found himself sinking his teeth into his arm, the metallic taste washing over his tongue and snapping him to attention a bit. Wait, why was he biting him? What the fuck was he...right, he was pissed off. Right...well now this was a bit awkward. He pulled back and, just to be safe, grabbed another book and chucked it at the librarian he had just bitten as he backed off, spitting some of the blood out as he turned away. He wasn't honestly sure what he felt about the taste, whether he liked it or not...probably should lean towards not though. Well, at least he wasn't feeling all that irritated anymore now that he had been able to release some of that rage that surged up for no reason. He positioned himself to have the other table between him and his latest encounter. Okay, now how was he going to escape this...? The man was certainly alive still and not fatally wounded so that was something at least. His eyes remained trained on him though, his body still positioned and poised to spring to action should he need to at a moment's notice. What was he going to do now? There was damage, blood, and now a rather pissed off person no doubt. This was just...lovely, but at least he wasn't a raging monster at the moment anymore. That was something...right? He huffed slightly and, still keeping something between himself and his unfortunate punching bag that could fight as well actually, finally shifted his footing a little. What had he said earlier that set him off to beat the shit out of him again? He...he couldn't quite remember, perhaps it was just due to the rage that drowned nearly everything else out. Yet he still needed to figure out a way to get out of this situation without getting into another fight, not that he wouldn't be prepared for one anyway. [attr="class","shine"] [attr="class","bildyo"] [attr="class","fint"] [attr="class","mname"] Rein Amsel [attr="class","rubrik"]Is my fate silver-lined? I always was the optimist But I never thought of this [attr="class","thetext"] His whole day had been ruined by the fact that he had seen that raven haired prick enter his library. Of course, he was used to seeing him around more and more often these days, but it still made him miserable each and every time. A bit of time had passed before trouble started, and he could only guess who was starting it. Always leaving stupid messes for him to clean up. Thinking that he was better than everyone else all of the time. It was really quite annoying. Okay, so maybe he wasn't actually like that, but anyone that would ask would get that story.
The snowy haired male growled a bit before standing from his desk and storming over to the restricted section, with those vile words spewing from his mouth, not that he cared whether or not that was really happening. But no sooner had he said them, was he pinned to the table, the very Harbinger of War pounding into his flesh and tearing into him like some rabid sort of beast. Was this Famine's doing as well? Of course it was. War was usually quite even headed, at least towards him. But Famine. Famine had the power to make War chaotic like this. Make him hunger for the rage and destruction.
It didn't take much for him to reach near enough to him and grab ahold of the nearest item, being a book, which he hit the other male with rather repeatedly, but it seemed to do nothing. So he reached down to his pocket and pulled forth a letter opener, which was a handy tool when working in a library, and repeatedly stabbed it into the Harbinger that was now actually tearing into his flesh with his... Teeth? What the fuck was that about?
Whatever it was, War did not seem to really like the taste of him and backed off. He wondered whether or not the onslaught was really over, but it seemed to be. A book came at his head, but he managed to dodge it as War just backed off, turning away, and no doubt trying to come up with some excuse or another as to how he could get out of this. Rein just shook his head and raised his hand to cover the bite wound, putting pressure on it.
He watched as Famine walked over to the book that had been thrown, and picked it up. In fact, he just began picking up all of the books that had fallen and began to put them away. "Last I checked, that's not your job." He muttered. How dare he think that he could just help him like that after causing this sort of destruction.
"Last I checked, I don't mind helping." Gods he hated him. He wanted to take a page out of War's book and just launch himself at him and rip his stupid face off. He had a weapon, he could do it. Slowly and painfully, but he could do it.
Instead, he just made a noise and moved off of the table. He looked around a bit more and made a clicking noise with his tongue. "Well. Whatever. Someone has to report this to the headmaster's. And it is not going to be me." No way was he going to deal with that mess after dealing with all of this. No. Fucking. Way.

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death The harbinger of War placed a hand over where he had been stabbed with a letter opener during his small episode. He was silent as he listened to their exchanges before the mention of this incident being brought up to the headmasters was spoken, causing him to freeze up. He knew there would definitely be punishment, especially given by his own master. He winced a little at that thought, already thinking about what sort of punishments could be given to him, since it was he who caused it all, before he shook his head. No, he couldn't hide or run away from something he caused, he'd injured another person as well. He turned around to face them, hand still pressed over his own wounds, and scanned his eyes over the duo before him. "I...I shall go tell them of this." He opened his mouth to speak once more but paused and closed it as he shook his head a little. He walked closer to the two but halted a few feet away, still not within arm's reach of them. His eyes moved over to the librarian in a near hesitant manner, soon lowering his gaze to the floor as he bowed his head. "I apologize for the mess and pain I inflicted. I will do what I can to help but otherwise I shall stay away from your domain for a long while." He spoke up, his voice low and soft at the moment. After his words he lifted his head to look towards Famine. He had no idea what sort of words to give to him, he was not the one he had hurt after all. Though, after a few moments, he lowered his gaze again and shifted his footing. "I also apologize for disturbing you while you read, Famine. I will take my leave now." He spoke finally, frowning a little before he turned away to walk off to receive whatever punishment his master sought fit to give him. No doubt something to leave him out of commission for a while. He would need to send something to Rein while he was away as a means of an apology to him for...well...biting him among other things. How would he be able to do something like? Could he just order something as an apology gift? [googlefont=Marck Script][googlefont=Della Respira]

I always was the optimist But I never thought of this [attr="class","thetext"] It took awhile to clean up the mess in the library, especially since he had booted Famine out shortly after War left. After all, he blamed him just as much. As far as he was concerned, it was all the Harbinger of Famine that did it, and War was not even a single bit responsible. Yet it was War that would take the fall and receive whatever punishment the headmaster decided to throw at him. He doubted that Famine would get more than a stern talking to by his own headmistress. Gods that guy just pissed him off. He always had. He should have taken him apart when he had the chance all of those years ago.
Still, the white-haired male found himself still in the library, burning the midnight oil, as he rearranged nearly the entirety of the restricted section. It was odd though, that he should hear the doors rattle. Of course he had locked them, but it sounded certainly like someone was trying to get in. So he stood, hopping down the step and walked over to the rattling doors. He clicked the locks off and opened the doors. Much to his surprise, War was standing there. But why would he have been trying to get in?
"We're closed." Very matter of factly the words came from his mouth. Still, he stood there, crossing his arms over his chest as he stood with his foot behind the door so that it could not be pushed open. "What do you want? I'm busy. Trying to scrub blood out of the carpet upstairs." Of course he had finished that quite awhile ago and was literally just here because there was nothing better for him to be doing.

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death War had taken his punishment after he had reported the incident to his master, leaving him with quite a few more wounds than he had arrived with. Luckily the nurse at the school had not gone home yet and offered to help patch him up, that act alone taking quite a while before he was free to go. He took a few minutes as he walked back to the library, his pace slow and careful due to a few broken ribs despite the pain medicine he had been given, even though he had told the librarian that he would not go near it again. He had to at least do something as a means of an apology for the man if he wasn't going to kick himself over it for the rest of the evening. He reached out to open the library doors but found they were locked. Now that was just...lovely. A sigh escaped him as a small frown tugged at his lips, taking a step back to leave when he heard the lock on the doors click. He blinked once as he watched the doors open just enough to reveal the librarian, listening to his words before he lowered his gaze for a few moments in silence. What was he doing there again? He released a soft breath and lifted his hand, the arm not being injured thankfully, and rubbed the back of his neck a little. "I was wondering if you would...accompany me to dinner. Or...rather if I could buy you...dinner. Though, if you are still too busy cleaning up you need not accept, not...that you needed to in the first place." He spoke up softly, his eyes training on the librarian's face as he said such words. Perhaps this could serve as an apology for what happened earlier, though he honestly wasn't sure if the man would even accept the offer for dinner or not. I always was the optimist But I never thought of this [attr="class","thetext"] His light golden eyes blinked in confusion. Dinner? With War? What the hell kind of response was that? Then again. He realized he was actually quite hungry, with it being so late and all. Slowly, he moved away from the door, motioning slightly for the other to follow him into the library for the time being. "Let me just go turn the lights off then. Don't make another mess." He muttered before heading up to the small platformed area the restricted section was on. It didn't take him too long to begin clicking off lights, but he paused for a moment, scanning the shelves. "Ah! There it is." His voice almost held a small bit of malice as he plucked the book from the shelf and brought it down to the front desk, shoving it in his bag as he grabbed his things. He nodded to the Harbinger of War and motioned for him to lead the way.
The librarian clicked off the lights and locked the door behind them as they left. "So. Where are we going?" He asked, moving the longer parts of his hair behind his shoulders and adjusting his book bag as he put his jacket on. "For dinner I mean. Anywhere good in mind?" Then again, it wasn't like it was common for any of the Harbingers to really get along with any of the 'commonfolk' like himself. It would have almost been an honor, if it wasn't for the reason behind it all. "You don't have to do any of this, you know. Feeling sorry. The whole remorse thing doesn't suit you." He shook his head and put his hands out to the side a bit in confusion. "I do have something else that you can do for me though, on top of dinner." No way was he not going to accept the honor of it. Some sort of bragging right over Famine if he even could use such a thing.
He paused himself in walking for a moment and patted the book bag resting on his hip. "I need a good place to hide the contents of this bag where Famine will not be able to find it." Of course there was a smile on his face as he said it. "So long as the books don't get harmed, no one else will notice that they're even missing."

I will walk through the fog as I welcome death Kassian blinked once when he was motioned to enter the library, honestly not really expecting the man to accept his offer to dinner. At his words, the harbinger of War gave a nod and just waited patiently for the lights to be turned off and for the librarian to do...whatever he wanted to finish up. Once that was done, he turned and led the way out of the library and just walked quietly with the white-haired man. A small hum of thought escaped him as he thought of just where they could go for dinner, something he didn't really think about ahead of time. "I've...heard of a few interesting restaurants in the town. To be honest I've not visited any of them quite yet." He admitted, glancing over towards the golden-eyed man. A soft breath escaped him, a brief smile crossing his face, at his comment on not needing to do any of this or showing remorse since it did not suit him apparently. "I try my hardest to not lose myself in the rage I battle every day, even more with the potential of hurting someone. I do not wish harm upon others, I truly don't. I just...cannot control my blind rages from time to time." He paused when the librarian did and turned to face him a little, a curious look crossing his eyes as he tilted his head to the side a little. Something else he could do for him on top of the dinner? Just...just what was he thinking of? Though that question was soon answered as he listened to his words on the need to hide some books from Famine. Oh, was that it? He was quiet for a few moments longer as he just looked at the librarian before he looked away with a nod. "If this will make you happy, then I shall help you with this little task of yours. I may know of a place where Famine will not step foot." He spoke up, beginning to walk once more. "For now, let us find someplace to eat. We can deal with your books afterwards." He added as he glanced towards him once again. "Anything you desire I shall do my best to fulfill for you tonight." He told him calmly, careful with positioning his hands due to his own injuries he still held. He was his for the rest of the evening, whether that was something he should not have done he would not know yet. All he wanted was to repay an accidental ill gesture towards him with something...good. [googlefont=Marck Script][googlefont=Della Respira]
